Acceptance of Terms

By using Spiral, a mobile Would You Rather game for iOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Service Description

Spiral provides a fun question-based game experience. You can play for free or subscribe to access premium content and features.

Subscription Terms

Spiral offers a subscription at the following rates: $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year. Billing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID account settings.

Cancelling

To cancel, open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and cancel Spiral from there. We do not process payments and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Billing Issues

If you have questions about charges, refunds, or billing disputes, please contact Apple Support. Spiral is not responsible for billing handled by Apple.

No Payment Data Stored

We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is done by Apple; we never see your credit card or Apple Pay information.

Content and Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and trademarks are owned by the app creators unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute content from the app without permission.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use the app for abusive, illegal, or harmful activities. We may block or remove content or access that violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We try to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spiral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app publisher is located.
