Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-check the App Store and restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
To cancel, open iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > find Spiral and cancel. Apple handles billing and cancellations.
Try force closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn’t help, try reinstalling from the App Store. Make sure your device is updated to the latest iOS.

Progress and settings are stored locally on your device. They do not leave your device and may be lost if you delete or reinstall the app.
